2. Products

C’est moi qui l’ai Fée offers handcrafted products, including scented and unscented candles, wax melts, candle refills, candle holders, tealight holders, gift sets, decorative items and personalised creations.

Each product is described and photographed as accurately as possible. As these are handcrafted creations, slight variations in colour, finish, appearance or decoration may occur. Such variations are part of the handmade nature of the products and do not, in themselves, constitute a defect.

Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. The essential characteristics of each product are stated on its product page.

Products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed and offered a refund or, where agreed, an alternative product.

3. Orders

Customers may place orders directly through the online shop.

Before confirming an order, customers can review the products selected, the quantities, the delivery details and the total price, and correct any errors.

An order becomes final once the customer has confirmed it using the payment button indicating the obligation to pay and the seller has sent an order confirmation by email.

The seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel an order in the event of a payment issue, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect information or a previous unpaid order. The customer will be informed of any such decision.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided when ordering, particularly the delivery address and email address, is accurate.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros (€).

C’est moi qui l’ai Fée benefits from the VAT exemption scheme applicable to qualifying small businesses in France. VAT is therefore not charged, in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. This wording must be updated if the seller's VAT status changes.

Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed before the order is confirmed.

Payment is due in full when the order is placed. The accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout, including bank card and PayPal where available.

The seller reserves the right to amend prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the countries and destinations offered at checkout. Any delivery restrictions and applicable charges are displayed before the order is confirmed.

Orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated on the website or in the order confirmation. In any event, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, unless a different period has been expressly agreed with the customer.

If the seller is unable to meet the agreed delivery date, the customer will be informed and may exercise the rights provided by applicable law, including requesting delivery within an additional reasonable period or cancelling the order where legally permitted.

The customer must check that the delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, the seller will contact the customer to arrange a new delivery. Any additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer may be charged to the customer.

On receipt, the customer is advised to check the condition of the parcel and contact the seller promptly if it is damaged, incomplete or incorrect. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

For online purchases, customers have a statutory period of 14 days from the day they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, receive the goods, to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller clearly by email at:

cestmoiquilaifee@outlook.com

The customer must then return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying the seller of their decision to withdraw.

Unless the product is faulty or the seller has agreed otherwise, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

The customer may handle and inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The customer may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

The seller will refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after being informed of the customer's decision to withdraw. For goods, the seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or the customer has supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

This may include, for example, a candle or decorative creation made with a specific personalisation requested by the customer, or an item bearing a name, message or design created specifically for that customer.

A standard product made to order is not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer may use the following wording:
